Booking Process
Here’s how our booking process works for Sea Isle vacations rentals:
Returning Guests: Our guests from the current season have the first opportunity to reserve their preferred dates for the following season. We value our returning guests and want to ensure they have the chance to rebook.
Waitlist: If our current guests choose not to return, we will open up the dates to those on our waitlist. Join our waitlist to get early access to available dates.
Open Dates: Any remaining dates will be made available to the general public after the waitlist guests have made their selections.

Cancellation Policy
We will provide our best efforts to re-rent the home. If the property is re-rented we will issue a refund in the amount we were able to re-rent the property for (net revenue), less a $250 cancellation fee. There will be no refund if the property is not able to be re-rented for the cancelled period. Because payments are non-refundable, we suggest Travel Interruption Insurance Travel protection.
